This still exists?

I'd all but forgotten about this blog. I decided to check and see if it's still here and... Well, it is! I might as well make use of it.

Lately, I've sort of grown out of League of Legends. I haven't quit though, i'm just a little burned out is all. I still play it from time to time with friends, but my new current love is DotA 2. I used to hate on it, but I just didn't want to take the time to learn a new game is all. What I have learned though, is it's complex as fuck. I mean really, you can't say that League of Legends is completely simplified. In an average skill bracket, league of legends is easier. I'm not sure about competitive play though, since I'm not nearly that high in ranked, but it's at least simpler. There's so many things you can just end up fucking up in DotA.

I'm going to keep this one short since this post really is just a spur of the moment sort of thing, so keep an eye out for me (maybe) making more posts. I want to do this, I really do. I do, I promise.

Finally Sold my TF2 hat!

I'd been trying to sell my Unusual Backbiter's Billycock with the Circling Hearts effect for.. I'd say a month now. I finally sold it for $50. Could I have held out for more? Yeah, probably. I'm just happy to be rid of it though honestly. I'd spent too much on that game for it to be free. At least now I can play The Old Republic with my horrible computer though!

Well, it's been awhile.

I'm really sorry about being gone for... I don't even WANT to check how long I've been gone for. Well, i'll try and update this more often. I've been busy, between college, a girlfriend, and work. Don't worry though, I just know you've all missed me.

A few updates

So my girlfriend got a 3ds, I helped her out by trading in a few games. But THAT'S not what's important. She gave me her DSiXL, which is awesome. Most people say the pixels are all stretched, but then again I don't think they've ever actually played it. 90% of games look fine on it.

If you didn't know, today Ocarina of Time 3DS came out. So of course I had to get that, even though I don't own a 3DS. I borrowed my girlfriends to just play it. It's great, just like the old game and the 3D looks alright. It just kind of gives you a... Hell I dunno, what are those words they're using to sell the damn thing, put one of those words there. That will work.

I'd probably get a 3DS just for that game, but I doubt i'll ever get one. I'll just mooch off my girlfriends because i'm a cheap baster.

I love Terraria

Since my internet's going to shit right now due to a small thunderstorm, i've just been playing Terraria. I just keep coming back even though I have everything. Don't get me wrong, Minecraft is awesome too, but it's just not as in depth... Even though it's 3d, still though, you know what I mean.

But my internet is shit. Complete shit. I guess that's what I get for living somewhat out in the country. I wish I could get cable instead of DSL. At least I don't have satellite I guess.

Orionna: Delayed Thoughts

Sorry for this to have been so late, but I wanted to make sure that i'm not just talking out my ass.

So far, she seems like a great champ that might need a FEW small tweaks. Nothing major. Her early game damage is pretty bad, but it's on a low cooldown. Luckily though, once she hits six she wins the lane. Your combo with the ulti will wreck anyone that's not a true tank.

Early game once she hits six, she can be considered somewhat of an assassin, but you HAVE to hit your full combo and your ulti right. She has pretty ridiculous burst. Mid game, it's somewhat the same and with a lot of AP and penetration, you'll be able to deal some serious damage at a pretty low cooldown.

Late game though is where she slows down. She still can do some damage, but it's best to switch over to a tankier and more cooldown oriented build and start being more of a support by slowing, speeding up your allies, tossing enemies around, and using your shield right.

One thing you have to remember though is that her E does damage, albeit not much. That can be the difference between a death and a kill though, so remember that. Try to put it into your combo after you hit your ulti, as that's when it will most likely hit.

1000th LoL Win

I just got my 1000th normal game win on LoL. Well okay it was a few days ago, but at 999 wins I decided to make a thread asking Phreak to play with me. He actually said yeah.

My god it was crazy as hell. He has to be the ballsiest mother fucker i've ever seen. Overextending when all are MIA, past the first turret, and no one is near him. And he makes it out with a triple.

Needless to say, we won. We won hard. All in all, it was a great game and a great day.
